WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING & POSTAGE TERMS?

As our small lifestyle and home living business grows we are excited to explore US and EU shipping. For the moment we are currently only shipping the UK; England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland.

(Postage and Packaging £5 / Flat Rate)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We are happy to offer a full refund on items within 14 days of purchase.

Please note Earrings and opened/used products are excluded from this returns policy due to hygiene standards. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

DO YOU DO RESTOCKS?

We are a very small brand and as such have built a range with a high variety but a low stock level. The majority of our products are made in very small batches, adding to their individual character and sentimental value. 

If you spotted a product you liked which is now listed as 'sold out' please email us at the email address below and we'll do our very best to re-order the product or make a special request of our suppliers :-)

If you have, or know of a talented someone with a small brand or side hustle, who either hand makes their own product or independently designs anything from artistry to natural skincare, bath and body, organic fragrance, clothes, candles or jewellery please get in touch - as our little online boutique grows we hope to continue to expand our unique stock collections with ever increasing diversity.
